Hypnotherapy is effective in helping with many life challenges. These include anxiety, panic attacks, increasing self-esteem, letting go of habits and phobias.

What happens in a Hypnotherapy Session

Hypnotherapy uses the state of hypnosis in a beneficial and therapeutic way.  It is deeply relaxing and it is whilst you are in the state of hypnosis – a daydream state – we can work on the changes that you wish to make.  It is perfectly safe and natural.  You are conscious and in control at all times and you can voluntarily leave the state of hypnosis at any time.
